Do I get my own phone number? +
Yes. The telephony comes from Florence itself, so you need no separate telecom contract. You get a landline number in your own region, including 100 calling minutes per month. Incoming calls are routed to whoever is on duty and you get a notification for every call. When you call out, patients see the practice number, so they call the practice back instead of your mobile.
